Improving Survival after Colon Rectal Cancer

African Americans are between 30 to 50 percent more likely to die from Colon Rectal Cancer than their white counterparts. Finding explanations for this disparity has been the focus of many studies.

Is it access to health care?
Is it education?
Is it due to the type of cancer treatment?

Researchers have not solved this mystery.
